Circle Recreation is a cooperative organization comprised of the Benton Sports and Athletic Commission (BSAC), the Towanda Recreation Board (TRB), and the Oil Hill Recreation Board (OHRB).  We provide recreational sports programs year round for K-12 youth living in the Circle School District area.
