Benton Sports and Athletic Commission

BSAC serves the Circle Benton Elementary and Circle Greenwich Elementary schools and surrounding areas. Members are elected for 2 year terms. Elections are held each March during the basketball awards presentation. Up to three members' terms expire each year. If you are interested in being on the ballot for the next election, or are interested in volunteering in any way, please contact a current board member.

The Towanda Recreation Board is comprised of volunteers from the local community that are voted on by the existing Towanda Recreation Board and approved by the Towanda City Council. If you would like to become part of the board or volunteer for a specific program (football, basketball, etc.) contact the current board president. Funding for Towanda Recreation programs is provided by player registrations, the City of Towanda, concession revenue, and sponsorships.
